Sense of togetherness
Working at FYRON means seeing your work materialize; we make beautiful products that make users smile and give them warm feelings. I love this about my job. This sense of togetherness is also part of our culture, as is passion and entrepreneurship. We work hard and with pleasure.
The warmth in our team makes everyone feel at home quickly. Many colleagues turn on the BBQ weekly and share new recipes and experiences. Even if you do not have a BBQ at home (yet), you will enjoy the passion and stories we share. At least, I do.
Super fun and challenging
In my role as HR Advisor, I feel supported and heard. My opinion counts, and for me, that creates a positive flow. I like to push my boundaries occasionally because I know it’s appreciated.
There is much room to give input and develop these ideas with my team. FYRON has so much potential, so we continuously improve. The bar is high in drive and quality, and no two days are the same. For me, working at FYRON is super fun and challenging!
