We all make an effort
My experience at FYRON as a remote worker is all about diversity and inclusion. Although I live several hours from the Netherlands, I am part of the team and the FYRON family. We all make an effort, and it really helps the remote ones feel happy and included.
Another thing that makes me joyful at FYRON is that I have been passionate about cooking (local recipes and products!) since a young age. The company’s mission of bringing people together through outdoor cooking aligns with that. I can share my passion and feel inspired while promoting our products. To me, that makes a big difference.
Great freedom in work (and life)
Sharing, excellence, and passion—we all feel that at work every day. Our offices are well maintained, attention is paid to product details, and we are very cautious about our customers' feedback. We keep our standards high and enjoy cooking together whenever we can.
I feel heard and supported in developing myself within our organization, and there is a lot of trust. Efficiency at work is based on performance and not on presence at the office; this gives me great freedom to organize my work (and life) how I want to. I see a great future at FYRON.
